Role Summary:

The chosen candidate will oversee defining and implementing programs that assess the effectiveness of controls related to vendor management. The candidate must be able to interact with senior business representatives, divisional risk teams and vendors.

What does the role involved?

  • Identify operational risks including new and emerging risks to which Consumer is exposed
  • Exercising credible and effective challenge as a second line of defense
  • Establishment and maintenance of a qualitative/quantitative business level operational risk

Can I apply?

  • Financial product and business acumen, including experience with consumer lending or deposit products
  • Experience with fraud risk management, process improvement, issue management, or business continuity/capacity planning experience
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and relevant industry standards
