  • Client Management
  • Client and Candidate relationship building
  • Utilising LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing methodologies
  • Headhunting
  • Attending industry events and industry conferences.
  • Presenting Cyber Security Salary Surveys
  • Business Development
  • Receive training from our experienced leadership team

  • Maintain & develop successful client relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment.
  • Headhunting experience.
  • Proven success in a candidate scarce marketplace
  • An interest in Cyber Security.
  • Good business acumen
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Resilient nature
